Cancellation rights (Ångerrätt)
Under the distance contract (distansavtalslagen), you as a customer have the right to undo your purchase within two weeks from the day you recieved your order. When you return an item you will have to pay for the return cost and you as a customer are responsible that the product is coming to us in the same condition as when you bought it. The price tag should be left on the item and the receipt must be sent together with the item/items you return. If you want to make a return, it is very important that you first email us at email@example.com, you will then get information about what return address you should use. Returns made without first contacting us will NOT be accepted.
Right to change(BYTESRÄTT)
If you would like to exchange your product for another, please contact us within two weeks. You will have to pay for all the shipping costs. Same rules apply as when you make a return.
Keep in mind that all products are sold used. Therefore, we sell all products as-seen (befintligt skick). This means that we do not accept any complaints. Therefore, it is very important that you as a customer examines products carefully before buying anything. Condition on all our products are described in the web shop and there are also photos that you should look at before you make a purchase. You can always ask for more photos and we will send it to you. If a product breaks and needs to be repaired after you received it, the responsibility is yours as a buyer. (sold as-seen )
Orders will normaly be sent within 2 working days.
Deliverytime within Sweden is normaly 1-3 days and within Europe 3-5 days.
Cost for shipping is fixed 200SEK
We take no responsibility for delays caused by the freight company.
Always contact the freight company directly if you recieve a damaged parcel, if possible do not accept the delivery.
If we get packages in return because that they have not been collected from the parcel shop, we will charge you 300 SEK to cover our costs.
Taxes and customs fees
Within EU taxes are included in the price and there will be no customs fees. Outside EU there can be charges for taxes and customs fees that you have to pay.
All orders are shipped Duty Unpaid which means that you are responsible for all customs duties other import fees on orders to countries outside EU. Check the rules in your country before you order.
- Seller attests that all items sent to us are authentic. If any item is found to be counterfeit, Lyxen will return the item at a cost of 300 SEK payed in advance. All founds issued has to be returned before we return any conterfeit items.
Your personal information is handled in accordance to the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL).
Any disputes are resolved primarely in discussion with our customer service. We follow the recomendations of the Swedish Complaints Board and also refer to the Eurean Copomissio´s online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
